Dear Diary by Yezda Year 3

Dear Diary,

Today I discovered an animal that looked like it wanted to box someone. It had long antennas and it looked like it was bleeding because it was a red. On its back there was a medium leaf and he looked like he was sad. Maybe he got hurt or someone made him sad and he began boxing he was extremely sad. Today I discovered an animal and it was a green insect. It was light green and beautiful. This insect likes eating its babies and other insects.

The Balad of The Tsunami by Kyra Year 5

Long ago in Japan Yuuki and is grandfather talked on the watery sand,

It’s a flood that happens called the Tsunami and the sea starts to bubble,

Suddenly the ground was shaking like an angry beast,

Yuuki thought back, he knew the signs,

The Tsunami was coming.

Run! Run! He told them all,

As the ground rumbled like thunder,

Nobody ran! Nobody listened!

The Tsunami was coming.

Off he ran to the rice fields,

Flame held in his hand,

Fire quickly spread to the dry rice crops

The Tsunami was coming.

Now they ran now they listened,

The sea came crashing in,

It is swallowed up the village,

The Tsunami was here.

As wild as a monster,

Devestation all around,

Upon a dry mountain top,

400 people could be found.

Tsunami by Heyam Year 5

Many years ago a Tsunami hit,

Children were scared and some lives in bits,

Waves crashed and people cried,

Because today Mother Nature came out and destroyed people’s lives.

The ferocious storm came in crashing and banging,

People cried while people died,

The furious Tsunami thudded in,

Bringing all his guilt with him,

People was so scared and shattered that they hid from sin.

Young people at the age of three lost most of their family,

How could they know what to do?

Especially at the age of three,

They have to handle a ferocious Tsunami.

The eldest children of the family were grabbed from the horrible Tsunami,

Nature wasn’t even feeling guilty after destroying lives from the age of three,

Many children’s faces were soft as sable,

Now their children’s lives were over they weren’t as capable,

Oof looking after their children’s lives,

Not to make their last child die!

The Ballad of the Tsunami by Nathan Year 5

A disastrous poisoning raging wave killing many lives,

Mother Nature throwing various knives,

The tsunami broke the Earth with immense power,

It was as dark as a nightmare,

She broke the earth “Stop Mother Nature”.

They shouted she didn’t even care,

A giant cover dotted with blue diamonds and emeralds,

As Mother Nature assembled the sea,

The monstrous sea,

Saving lives was actually key.

Who saved over 400 lives? Yuuki!

From a giant Tsunami,

This is not the Mother Nature I know,

The one killing people with a watery bow and arrow,

A giant fist of fury knocking the town out and about

Before the buildings clattered and the lucid glass shattered,

Who else did Mother Nature scout?

The Tsunami by Laura Year 5

Tumbling, horrific, boom,

Tumbling, horrific, boom,

Tsunami crashing and destroying everything in its path,

Raging like an angry beast,

Punched the shore with his big fat fist of fury,

Unbelievable waves,

Dark and mysterious,

Murderous killer,

10 meter high waves

Running rapidly, as fast as a Cheetah,

Why Japan? What have we done?

Tsunami demolishing as volcano,

A hurricane, a storm and a tornado

I’ve heard of you before but I didn’t know you’d be this wicked,

You are as dangerous as a lion,

You are a murderer,

And thoughtless as a this goldfish,

If you knew how much of my family you killed,

You would regret it
